In the name of God Amen I Thomas Rimell of Corsley in the county of Wilts being indisposed in body but of sound mind and memory and understanding do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say

My Soul I assign to God who gave it and my body to the earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executor hereinafter named and as for and containing such Worldly Goods and Estate with which it has pleased God to bless me.

I give bequeath and dispose of the same as follows that is to say.

First I give unto my loving wife Anne sixteen pounds a year to be paid unto her by quarterly payments the first payment thereof to be made within a quarter of a year after my decease and so to continue to be paid unto her quarterly during the term of her natural life.

Also I give and bequeath unto my said wife all such household goods and furniture as she had at the time I married her and all my leasehold or other estates stock and the residue and remainder of my household goods and furniture whatsoever and wheresoever goods and chattels of all kinds to any of which I have any sort of right or title I give devise and bequeath the same to my son in law John Hollway the same being able to the payment of all my just debts and the payment of the said annuity or yearly sum of sixteen pounds a year by quarterly payments unto my loving wife Anne as aforesaid and I do hereby nominate and appoint my said son-in-law John Hollway sole Executor of this my last Will and testament hereby revoking all former and other wills by me heretofore made and establishing this to be and stand as and for my last Will and testament

Sealed signed published and declared by me as such this twenty eighth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty six Tho. Rimell sealed, signed published and declared by the above named Thomas Rimell as and for his last Will and testament in the presence of us who at his desire witness the same William Burdon John Wilkins.

This Will was proved at London the twelfth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty six before the Right Honourable Sir George Knight Doctor at Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of John Hollway the sole Executor named in the said Will to whom administration was granted of all and singular the goods chattels and codicils of the deceased having been first sworn by commission only to administer.
